We keep things flat and collaborative. Here's how we roll:

- **Warda** - CEO and Product Lead. She steers the vision, ensures product-market fit, and empowers the team with purpose.
- **Amine** - Technical Support & Solutions. A wizard with systems and technical flow, he supports everything from lab design to client deployment.
- **Rayen** - Head of Development. He’s the tech brain behind the labs and ensures every experience is smooth, scalable, and smart.
- **Ghofrane** - Marketing & Community Manager. She crafts the voice of Scalyz and drives our message to the right learners and partners.

We mostly speak **English** as our first working language, but we switch to **French** when collaborating with local partners or explaining concepts to native speakers. This flexibility helps us connect globally while staying grounded in our roots.

When it comes to recruitment, we look for **potential and passion** over profiles. We grow our team by investing in training, internal mobility, and continuous feedback.
